Return Policy and Refund Policy

What’s your return policy?

Beatanxiety.me Store is a print-on-demand company; all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are supported in certain conditions. Wrong size or color or simply doesn’t like the product are NOT eligible for return or exchanges. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

Once an order has been sent to production, it is sent to the Print Provider, and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Beatanxiety.me Store is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for submitting the right information.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like

  • manufacturing errors,
  • printing issues, etc.

If a replacement order is arranged, we do not need to send the original order back to us.

If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your Beatanxiety.me Store Balance, which will automatically cover the production and shipping costs of new orders, or it can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from at any time.

Please contact our Support Team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation in Contact Us Form. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending on whether the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are ONLY offered to customers:

  • Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective
  • Delivered order is incomplete (i.e. has missing items).
  • Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color) in terms of different form the order placed

In any of these cases, refund will be processed as explained above.

Refunds are NOT offered to customers:

  • ordered wring size
  • entered wrong address
  • had CHANGE OF MIND
  • did not like the product

If any of these apply, please contact us at ryan@beatanxiety.me with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Beatanxiety.me offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week of receiving your order at [insert your support email here]. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
